Acceptable Use Policy

You represent and warrant that, in your use of the Service, you will:

• comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including marketing, anti-spam, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, privacy, and data-protection laws;
• have all rights, consents, and lawful bases necessary for the data you upload, scrape, enrich, process, and send, and for the content you generate and publish;
• comply with the terms and policies of any third-party platform you use through the Service (e.g., email providers, social platforms, payment processors); and
• not use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with others' use.

When you use the Service to send email outreach, you are the sender and the party legally responsible for each message. You must:

• CAN-SPAM (U.S.): use accurate "From," "To," and routing information and non-deceptive subject lines; identify the message as an advertisement where required; include a valid physical postal address; provide a clear, working unsubscribe mechanism; and honor opt-out requests promptly. You must not email addresses obtained through automated harvesting or dictionary attacks.
• CASL (Canada): have valid express or implied consent before sending; clearly identify yourself; and include a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.
• EEA/UK and other regions: have a lawful basis for sending marketing communications to recipients in those regions, honor objection/withdrawal, and comply with applicable ePrivacy and data-protection requirements.
• Suppression: honor unsubscribe and suppression requests across your campaigns, and do not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent unsubscribe handling, including any provided through the integrated email provider.
• Deliverability integrity: only send from mailboxes and domains you own or are authorized to use; do not spoof, forge headers, relay through unauthorized servers, or manipulate engagement metrics.

You must not use the Service to send spam, chain letters, phishing, malware, deceptive or fraudulent messages, or unsolicited bulk messages in violation of applicable law.

When you collect, import, scrape, or enrich Leads or other personal data:

• you represent that the data was lawfully obtained and that you have the right to process and use it for your purpose;
• you must not scrape or access data from behind logins or authentication, in violation of a site's terms of service or technical protections, or in violation of applicable law;
• you must not collect or process special-category/sensitive data (e.g., health, biometric, precise geolocation, government IDs, data of minors) through the Service except where expressly supported and lawful; and
• you remain the controller of your Leads; our processing on your behalf is governed by the Data Processing Addendum.

When you use AI features, you must not generate, request, or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading (including fake reviews, false claims, or undisclosed paid endorsements);
• infringes intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights;
• impersonates a real person or entity, or creates "deepfakes" or synthetic likenesses of real people without their consent and necessary rights;
• clones or imitates a voice without the verifiable consent of the voice's owner;
• exploits or sexualizes minors, or constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery;
• promotes hatred, harassment, violence, self-harm, or illegal activity; or
• makes regulated claims (e.g., health, financial, legal) that you are not authorized to make or that violate platform or legal rules.

You are responsible for reviewing AI Output before using or publishing it (Terms Section 5.4). AI Output is not professional advice.

You may not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or deceptive purpose;
• transmit malware or engage in security attacks, intrusion, or circumvention;
• reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or copy the Service, or resell or sublicense it, except as permitted by law;
• bypass usage limits, rate limits, Credit metering, access controls, or authentication;
• use the Service to build or train a competing product or model;
• engage in click fraud, fake conversions, self-referral abuse, or manipulation of affiliate tracking or payouts (see also the affiliate documents);
• transact with sanctioned persons or in violation of export-control or sanctions laws; or
• misuse another person's data or violate their rights.

If you connect third-party accounts or supply your own API keys, you are responsible for complying with those providers' terms and for activity conducted with your keys. We are not responsible for third-party platforms' actions, suspensions, or rule changes.

We may investigate suspected violations and may, with or without notice, remove content, throttle or suspend features, suspend or terminate Accounts, withhold or reverse affiliate payouts, and report unlawful activity to authorities. We may also act to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. Our enforcement decisions are at our reasonable discretion, consistent with the Terms.
